Maths

WALT: use our times two facts and halving to dived by two, four and eight.

I had to work out a really hard problem in some of the work I had to do. The problem was Benson made a lofe of bread that was 56 cm long. He dived it into 8 equal pieces. but the questions was how long was each piece?

So I set to work immediately the work would not fit in my book so I had to it on the whiteboard. So I had many many difficulties but I found out the correct answer it was 7 + 7 eight times to equal the possible answer  56

My maths goal for this term to finish 7 pages of my blue book  in 2 days  I am working on my division and place value

My deeper features learning goal for literacy is to have a growth mindset in the way I work and the way I do things so I'm planning to embrace the things that I have to work with.

My goal for athletics is to achieve my three favourite things.

Long jump high jump and sprints all I need to do is have fun control my pace and reach for the sky when I jump!!!!!!!1 

essential facts

In my essential facts, I have been working on getting 100 we only have 12 minutes to complete 100 questions and for the first time in forever I got( 72 )out of 100 that's pretty good I should say!!!!  

Cross Country recount

             Cross country Recount Wow, it's cross country it came so fast, I can't wait to run.  I looked at mum she was running around making sure everything was set up. I thought to myself mum would be great at cross country We should be teachers cross country. Well people had just arrived at our farm. O wow the mud was so squishy there was a shoe pile and it was sunny and that was great. Finally we had started it took forever.  It was so fast my race started I warm up and then Boom I was running my little heart out, as I got into the track  I felt weird I didn't know what to say I was so pumped about the race I could hear my heart Bum Bum Bum I had to keep going. I could hear my dad shouting out go Alyx go Alyx I love my dad he supports me in everything I do. Finally I got to the end and could not breathe I asked myself did I actually just do that 3 km run I came 3 third Place and I heard that my brothers came in 1st place both of them wow I said. Well, you can't really compare me to my brothers I'm good at dance and they're good at running WOW!!!!!!!!!!
