Last week I was recording how many hours or minutes I had on a device.
I had 7 hours and 48 minutes but it would not show up on the grid.
Something I am going to strive for is to have three days off of device time in the week.

ReplyDeleteThis is interesting about how you many hours you spend on devises. I would usually spend 1-2 hours on work and 3-4 hours of other stuff. It was also really interesting that you don't use any tech on Thursday or Sunday. I love the set out as well.
